In support of our financing services SJBT has garnered extensive knowledge and experience in providing custodial and execution services for private securities and assets. Our expertise allows us to be integrated for transaction execution and investment structuring.
Administration Services
Custody and financing clients of SJBT may take advantage of its extensive experience in the administration of funds or other vehicles. SJBT can incorporate an International Business Company (IBC) and complete and file all regulatory documentation necessary to incorporate the IBC under the prevailing laws of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas. SJBT will also provide nominee directors and officers, if necessary, and can also serve as registered office and agent; maintain accounting and corporate records and ensure that the company remains in good standing with respect to all required regulatory filings and fees.
