This is our core business. Our experience spans financing, custody and administration of complex private and illiquid assets often underserved by traditional lenders. Because we hold and administer these assets ourselves, we can underwrite them directly and respond substantially faster than lenders who treat them as exceptions.

Facilities are sized to the collateral and structured around each fund’s liquidity terms, so clients can raise capital or meet obligations without selling the position.

Custody, Execution & Administration

Holding and servicing the assets other custodians will not

We hold private securities and fund interests that conventional custodians are not set up to take, and we execute and settle transactions in them. Holding the asset is what allows us to finance it — custody, execution and lending sit in one place.

Founders and principal shareholders often hold most of their wealth in a company they cannot easily sell. We lend against privately held shares, so shareholders can raise liquidity without giving up ownership.

We incorporate Bahamian International Business Companies and file the required regulatory documents; provide nominee directors and officers where needed; act as registered office and agent; maintain accounting and corporate records; and keep companies in good standing on filings and fees.
